| City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate of Competence in Utility Arboriculture Ground-based Pruning | Learners will be using insulated rods to safely prune trees away from electrical network from the ground, this qualification looks at different work methods depending on the position of the tree. |

| City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate of Competence in Utility Arboriculture Use of a Chainsaw from a Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) | This unit looks at safe set up of a MEWP and removing branch material with a chainsaw in the proximity of the electrical network. |
| City & Guilds Level 4 Certificate of Competence in Utility Arboriculture Surveyor | A dedicated unit looking at the surveying process for identifying work needed on trees to maintain a safe clearance from the electrical network. This unit covers surveying methods, planning, risk assessments and method statements. |
| City & Guilds Level 4 Certificate of Competence in ETR 132 Resilience Arboricultural Surveyor | A new unit which focuses on health and condition surveys of trees within falling distance of electrical network in line with the ESQCR 2006 amendments. |
| City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate of Competence in Felling Utility Poles | This unit looks at the safe method to fell redundant Utility Poles using a rope assist. |
